개요

LSS-15AX Series는 IEC pub. 61000-4-5 규격 시험뿐만 아니라 그보다 높은 시험까지도 완전하게 시험할 수 있도록 새롭게 설계 되었으며, 시험기의 구성은 open- circuit 1.2/50㎲ 전압파형과 short-circuit 8/20㎲ 전류파형을 발생시키는 (Combination) Wave 발생부와 CCITT 10/700㎲ Telecom Wave 발생부, 0.5us-100kHz 발생시키는 (Ring) Wave 발생부 및 CDN으로 되어 있다.
또한 Surge 출력 전압이 15KV까지 발생되기 때문에 피시험체에 대한 한계시험과 파괴시험까지도 실행 할 수 있다.

특징

출력 전압이 15KV의 대출력이므로 종래에 행해왔던 뢰 Surge Impulse에 의한 절연내력 시험도 자동으로 실행 할 수 있다.
설계, 개발 부문에서 중시된 manual시험과 품질관리 부문, Test Site등에서 중시되는 program을 이용한 평가시험 모두를 보다 효율적으로 간단히 시험할 수 있도록 조작 panel이 개량 되었다.
조작 panel에 Alarm lamp와 Emergency stop button이 부착되었고, 현재 시험 실행중
인지를 한눈에 볼 수 있도록 하여 안정성을 더욱 중요시해서 설계되었으며, 조작 panel과 동일한 기능을 갖춘 리모콘을 이용하여 시험할 수 있다.
전원 Line 중첩부(CDN)는 standard model인 경우 최대 3상 AC 600V/50A이고, 사용자의 요구에 의하여 특수 제작도 가능하다.
